泉州市全民艺术普及海丝特色研究

摘　　要：泉州在创建国家公共文化服务体系示范区过程中,利用丰富的海丝资源禀赋和独特的海丝城市优势,在全民艺术普及中形成了鲜明的海丝特色。其特色模式可以归纳为:打造艺术空间展示海丝文化内涵,举办艺术节庆凸显海丝文化特色,利用文博场馆开展海丝艺术活动,发展艺术教育促进海丝艺术传承,利用动漫形象扩大海丝艺术影响。其内在逻辑包括:海丝特色提升全民艺术普及国际视野,海丝特色构成全民艺术普及重要内容,全民艺术普及搭建海丝特色塑造平台,全民艺术普及强化海丝特色文化认同。泉州全民艺术普及实践的海丝特色,不仅对地域特色更好融入公共文化服务具有现实价值,对其他同类型城市也具有借鉴意义。In the process of establishing a national demonstration area of public cultural service system, Quanzhou has formed a distinctive “maritime silk road” characteristic in the universal art popularization by taking advantage of its rich “maritime silk road” resource endowment and unique “maritime silk road” urban advantages. Its characteristic mode can be summarized as creating art space display “maritime silk road” cultural connotation, holding art festivals highlight “maritime silk road” cultural characteristics, using cultural and museum venues to carry out the “maritime silk road” art activities, developing art education to promote “maritime silk road” inheritance, using cartoon images to expand “maritime silk road” art influence. The inherent logic includes “maritime silk road” characteristic enhances the international vision of the universal art popularization, while it also constitute the important content of the universal art popularization. The universal art popularization builds the “maritime silk road” characteristic shaping platform, and strengthens the cultural identity of “maritime silk road”. The “maritime silk road” feature of Quanzhou’s universal art popularization practice not only has realistic value for better integrating regional characteristics into public cultural service, but also has reference significance for other similar cities.
