摘　　要：目的探析AV/BV五联检后阴道微生态异常同高危型及人乳头瘤病毒感染的相关性。方法选取本院2019年9月-2020年9月经白带检查提示多种类型阴道炎的患者为观察组(n=100),另选取同时期未出现阴道感染的体检对象为对照组(n=100),所有患者都接受AV/BV五联检及HR-HPV检测,对比两组阴道微生态异常发病率、HPV阳性率和乳酸杆菌级别,其中阴道微生态异常发病率以滴虫性阴道炎、霉菌性阴道炎以及细菌性阴道炎为研究分析指标。结果观察组微生态异常发病率(17%)、(18%)、(19%)高于对照组(3%)、(2%)、(1%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组HPV阳性率(31%)高于对照组(3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道微生态破坏和高危型及人乳头瘤病毒感染有着重要关联,利用AV/BV五联检能够对患者阴道微生态进行重要评估,临床可通过个人卫生保持对阴道炎进行预防,维持阴道微生态平衡,对HPV感染率降低具有重要意义。Objective To explore the correlation between abnormal vaginal microecology and high risk type and human papillomavirus infection after AV/BV five combined examination.Methods Patients with various types of vaginitis indicated by menstrual leucorrhea examination in our hospital from September 2019 to September 2021 were selected as the observation group(n=100),and subjects without vaginal infection during the same period were selected as the control group(n=100).All patients received AV/BV five combined examination and HR-HPV detection.The incidence of vaginal microecological abnormalities,the positive rate of HPV and the level of Lactobacillus were compared between two groups.The incidence of vaginal microecological abnormalities was analyzed and trichomonad vaginitis,mycotic vaginitis and bacterial vaginitis were chosen as indexes.Results The incidence of microecological abnormality and HPV positive rate in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion There is an important correlation among vaginal microecological damage,high risk type and human papillomavirus infection.AV/BV five joint examinations can be used to assess the vaginal microecological status of patients.Clinically,it can be used to prevent vaginitis through personal hygiene,maintain the balance of vaginal microecological status,and it is of great significance to reduce the infection rate of HPV.
