摘  要:目的寻求学龄前儿童在客观听力组合测试过程中一次性未能完成的影响因素,探讨防范措施与对策。方法对一次性未能完成客观听力组合测试的394例学龄前儿童进行回顾性分析,准确找出相关因素,采取针对性的防范措施与对策,提高测试效率,降低误诊误治。减少医患矛盾的发生。结果镇静药物、学龄前儿童的状况、年龄、家长的态度、技术人员及设备等多种因素与一次性未能成功完成客观听力组合测试有关。其中因镇静药物剂量不足212例(占72.64%)及136例(占34.51%)学龄前儿童的状态是导致394例学龄前儿童听力测试未能顺利完成的主要原因。结论测试前采取剥夺睡眠+水合氯醛口服的方法可增加睡眠时间和质量;学龄前儿童良好的状态及家长积极的配合均是提高客观听力组合一次性测试成功的关键。Objective To explore the influencing factors of preschoolers’failure in completinganobjective hearing test at one time,and to explore the preventive measures and countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis was carried out on 394 preschoolers who failed to complete anobjective hearing combination test at one time,the relevant factors were found out accurately,and the corresponding preventive measures and countermeasures were put forward,so as to improve the test efficiency and reduce the occurrence of doctor-patient conflicts.Results Several factors,such as sedative drugs,preschoolers’condition,age,parents’attitude,technicians,and equipment,were all related to the failure of objective hearing test.Among them,the condition of 212 cases(72.64%)and 136(34.51%)preschoolers due to insufficient sedative dose was the main reason that 394 preschoolers failed to complete the hearing test successfully.Conclusions The method of sleep deprivation and oral chloral hydrate before the test can increase the sleep time and quality.The good condition of preschool children and the active cooperation of parents are the keys to the success of the objective hearing combination one-time test.
