摘  要:目的研究分析有创与无创序贯机械通气抢救重症呼吸衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月期间本院治疗的重症呼吸衰竭患者80例为此次研究对象,根据通气方法的不同将其分为2组,分别为对照组和研究组,对照组实施常规机械通气治疗,研究组实施有创与无创序贯机械通治疗,观察两组血气指标、通气时间和住院时间。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),各项血气指标均优于对照组(P<0.05),通气时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重症呼吸衰竭的治疗中,应用有创与无创序贯机械通气方案具有显著效果,可有效改善患者血气指标,并缩短通气时间和住院时间,值得应用推广。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of invasive andnon-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation in the rescue of severe respiratory failure.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with severe respiratory failure treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the different ventilation methods,they were divided into 2 groups,namely the control group and the study group,the control group received conventional mechanical ventilation,and the study group received invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation.The blood gas indicators,ventilation time and hospital stay were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the blood gas indexes were better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ventilation time and hospitalization time were shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the treatment of severe respiratory failure,the application of invasive and non-invasive sequential mechanical ventilation has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the blood gas indexes of patients,and shorten the ventilation time and hospital stay.It is worthy of application and promotion.
