基于数据分析探究针灸治疗气滞血瘀型痛经的取穴规律

摘　　要：为了了解针灸在气滞血瘀型痛经的常用穴位分布规律,采用数据挖掘分析技术对知网、维普、万方数据库起始于建库至2021年10月所有关于针灸在气滞血瘀型痛经中所使用的文献进行整理,并运用Excel建立相关的图表对数据进行整理及关联规则相关的分析。结果表明:共选取相关文献43篇,所涉及的经络共12条,出现频率最高的穴位前三分别是三阴交、关元、太冲,所纳入文献中最常使用的穴位配伍为三阴交—关元及三阴交—太冲。针灸治疗于气滞血瘀型痛经的取穴规律多以三阴交为主,多配合关元及太冲,临床上使用时可再根据其他症状配伍不同腧穴。To summarize the distribution pattern of acupuncture points on qi stagnation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea,Data mining and analysis and Excel are used to organize data,identify pattern,and analyze the association and correlation with statistical approach.Data source:All literatures about acupuncture and moxition in dymenesia of qi stagnation and blood stasis from the database of CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,from earliest available time to October 2021.The results show tha among which mentioned 12 meridians,the top three mentioned acupoints are Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan and Taichong,and the most frequently used acupoints combination are Sanyinjiao-Guanyuan and Sanyinjiao-Taichong.Conclusion:for acupuncture and moxibustion treatment over qi stagnation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea,mostly would choose sanyinjiao,combined with Guanyuan and Taichong.During clinical practice,consider add other acupoints according to specific symptoms.
