基于烟草行业的科技查新项目数据统计分析

摘　　要：本文通过对2010—2019年完成的1752项查新项目进行统计分析,从查新项目委托时间、委托单位类别和地域分布、项目所属领域等方面进行统计和分析,以反映烟草行业科研查新项目的申报情况及研究热点。统计结果表明,委托单位地区分布相对集中,服务群体范围比较局限,可拓展服务群体,加大宣传力度;查新委托单位以烟草行业内单位为主,可加强与企业、相关科研院所或高等院校的合作;烟草农业、烟草工艺、烟草化学依然是烟草行业科技创新领域的主要研究方向,以行业科技重大专项和重点领域科技项目课题推动烟草行业科技能力持续提升。By the statistical analysis of 1752 novelty search items completed from 2010 to 2019,this paper conducts statistics and analysis from the entrustment time,entrustment unit type and geographical distribution,and the field to which the project belongs,so as to reflect the application situation and research hotspot of the novelty search project in tobacco industry.The statistical results show that the regional distribution of entrusted units is relatively concentrated,and the scope of service groups is relatively limited,and the service groups can be expanded and the publicity can be increased,also the new search entrusted units are mainly units in the tobacco industry,and it can strengthen the cooperation with enterprises,related research institutes or universities.The principal units of novelty search are those in the tobacco industry.Tobacco agriculture,tobacco technology,and tobacco chemistry are still the main research directions in the field of scientific and technological innovation in the tobacco industry,which promote the continuous improvement of the scientific and technological capacity of the tobacco industry with major industrial scientific and technological projects and scientific and technological projects in key fields.
