摘 要:为评价螟黄赤眼蜂山东烟田品系对烟草棉铃虫的控害潜能,室内开展了其对烟草棉铃虫的寄生作用研究。结果表明,在供试温度下螟黄赤眼蜂寄生功能反应符合模型HollingⅡ型。棉铃虫卵密度对螟黄赤眼蜂的寄生作用有明显影响,在相同温度下螟黄赤眼蜂的寄生量随着棉铃虫卵的增加而增大,但搜寻效应随着棉铃虫卵的增加而降低。螟黄赤眼蜂对棉铃虫卵的寄生量在16~26℃范围内随着温度的升高而增加,而在26~31℃范围内则随着温度的升高而降低。在相同棉铃虫卵密度条件下,随着螟黄赤眼蜂密度的增大,其平均寄生量逐渐减少,寄生作用率E也相应地降低,寄生作用率E与螟黄赤眼蜂密度P的关系为E=0.3371 P;。螟黄赤眼蜂对棉铃虫卵的寄生量在其羽化后0~72 h时较高,棉铃虫卵龄为3~24 h时被寄生量较高。In order to evaluate the control potential of Trichogramma chilonis strain collected from tobacco field in Shandong Province to tobacco Helicoverpa armigera, the parasitic effects on eggs of tobacco H. armigera were studied in laboratory.The results showed that the parasitic function response of T. chilonis accorded with Holling Ⅱ equation at all tested temperatures. The egg density of H. armigera could affect the parasitic effect of T. chilonis significantly. At the same temperature, the parasitic number of T. chilonis to eggs of H. armigera increased with the increase of H. armigera eggs, but the searching effect decreased with the increase of H. armigera eggs. The parasitic number of T. chilonis on the eggs of H.armigera increased with the increase of temperature in the range of 16~26 ℃, and decreased with the increase of temperature in the range of 26~31℃. At the same density of H. armigera eggs, the average parasitic number and parasitic efficiency of T.chilonis decreased with the increase of its density. The relationship between parasitic efficiency(E) and density of T. chilonis(P) was described by equation of E=0.3371 P;. The parasitic number of T. chilonis to eggs of H. armigera was higher at 0-72 h after emergence, and the parasitic amount was higher when the age of H. armigera eggs was 3-24 h.
