摘 要:本文以莱州市为研究区域,利用Mike Basin模型软件搭建流域水资源配置模型。针对莱州市规划年2025年城乡一体化建设,建立了适合莱州市复杂情景的地表水,外调水多水源配置方案。并利用多目标规划的方法求解最优方案,结果表明,方案四是在现状年适度节水的情况下再节水7%,同时新增蓄引水工程、引用黄河水的方案最优。为莱州市城乡供水一体化规划提供技术支撑,保障农村用水安全具有极其重大的意义。This paper takes Laizhou City as the research area and uses Mike Basin Model software to build a basin water resources allocation model. Aiming at the urban-rural integration construction of Laizhou City in the planning year of 2025, a surface water and external water diversion multi-source allocation scheme suitable for the complex scenarios of Laizhou City was established. And the multi-objective programming method was used to solve the optimal solution. The results show that the fourth solution saves another 7% of water under the current annual moderate water saving situation, while adding water storage and diversion projects, and citing the optimal solution of the Yellow River. It is of great significance to provide technical support for the integrated urban and rural water supply planning of Laizhou City and ensure the safety of rural water use.
