摘 要:为适应国家创新驱动发展战略对高素质创新型人才的迫切需求,针对材料类专业创新型人才培养方面存在的诸多问题,经过近几年的探索与运行,凝练出“1-2-6”型创新人才培养模式.在该模式培养下,学生的综合素质提升显著,取得了包括第六届中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛全国总决赛银奖在内的系列创新性成果.实践表明,该“1-2-6”型材料类专业人才培养模式有力推动了学生创新能力的提升,对培养其他新工科专业高素质人才提供了示范.In order to meet the urgent demand of high-quality talents under the“National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy”,and to solve many existing problems in training of innovative talents in materials specialty,the research and practice of“1-2-6”training model of innovative talent in School of Materials and Energy,Southwest University,has been summarized in recent years.Under the“1-2-6”training model,the comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved,and a series of innovation achievements,including the Silver Award in the China International College Students’“Internet+”Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition,have been gained.The“1-2-6”training model of innovative talent in material specialty has provided a model for cultivating high-quality talents in other new engineering majors.
