非物质文化遗产在文化产业中的“内卷”问题审思

摘　　要：大部分非物质文化遗产与文化产业存在着较为密切的联系,尤其是在当前的社会文化环境之中,它们的结合日趋增多。在传衍的发展过程中,内卷(involution)与演化(evolution)成为当前非物质文化遗产与文化产业共生共衍的两个不同向度,在诸多实操案例中亦产生着不同的影响——多数内卷所产生的影响多为负面,对非物质文化遗产而言是诸多桎梏的缘起问题所在,对其产生较大的负面影响;与之对应,多数的正向演化行为所产生的影响则是对内卷的反向拓展,也是未来实现更多维度价值、优化资源配置的重要实践途径。Most intangible cultural heritage and cultural industries are closely related,especially in the current social and cultural environment,where their combination is increasing.In the development process of propagation,involution and evolution have become two different dimensions of the current symbiosis of intangible cultural heritage and cultural industries,and they also have different influences in many practical cases.Most of the effects of involution are negative.For intangible cultural heritage,it is the origin of many shackles,which has a large negative impact on it.Correspondingly,the impact of most positive evolutionary behaviors is the reverse expansion of involution,which is also an important practical way to achieve more dimensional value and optimize resource allocation in the future.
