摘  要:为提高纺纱锭子的性能,找到提升锭子性能的重点研究方向,满足用户对锭子不断提升的需求,简要介绍了纺纱锭子的组成与分类,详细分析了不同时期针对不同系列锭子,为提升锭速、节能、降噪、降耗等而进行的结构改进和材料改变情况,以及达到的效果。指出目前锭子性能虽然有了很大提升,但仍有发展空间。提出增加平锭底锭子的纵向弹性、通过材料改进和结构优化降低锭子噪声,通过仿生织构加工技术降低锭子的磨损程度等,是纺纱锭子设计和研究发展的趋势。In order to improve the performance of spindles,find out the key development direction of its performance improvement,and meet the spindle users’increasing needs,this paper briefly introduces the composition and classification of spinning spindles,and analyzes in detail the structural improvements and material changes for different series of spindles in different periods in order to improve spindle speed,save energy,reduce noise and reduce consumption,as well as the results achieved.It is pointed out that although the spindle performance has been greatly improved,there is still room for development.It is proposed that the development trend of spinning spindle design and research are increasing the longitudinal elasticity of flat spindle bottom,using bionic material or structure to reduce the noise of spindle,using personalized spinning spindle and reducing the friction coefficient of spindle by generating texture processing technology.
