摘 要:采用季铵化反应和缩合反应制备了一种两亲水溶性壳聚糖,并利用轧烘焙的方式制备了具有抗菌、止血功能的棉织物。分别采用傅里叶红外光谱仪和扫描电子显微镜对改性棉织物的化学结构及表面形貌进行了分析。研究了整理工艺对改性棉织物断裂强力的影响,并对改性棉织物的止血性能和抗菌性能进行了探讨。研究发现:整理工艺对棉织物的强力性能损伤较大,经向及纬向断裂强力保留率均有所降低;水溶性壳聚糖的添加极大地改善了棉织物的止血及抗菌性能。经两亲水溶性壳聚糖整理后,棉织物的血液凝固指数较原棉有所降低,止血效果得到较大提升,可在60 min内完全杀死金黄色葡萄球菌(6.45 logs)和大肠杆菌O157:H7(6.55 logs)。Quaternarization and condensation reaction were used to prepare the amphiphilic water-soluble chitosan,and pad-dry-cure process was used to prepare the antimicrobial and hemostatic cotton.The physical and chemical structures of the modified cotton fabric were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The effect of finishing process on the breaking force of modified cotton was analyzed,and the antimicrobial and hemostatic properties of modified cotton fabric were studied.It is found that the finishing process has great damage to the forces properties of cotton fabrics,and the retention of warp and weft breaking force is reduced.The addition of water-soluble chitosan greatly improves the hemostatic and antibacterial properties of cotton fabric.After finishing with two hydrophilic soluble chitosan,the blood coagulation index of cotton fabric is lower than that of raw cotton,and the hemostatic effect is greatly improved.It can completely kill Staphylococcus aureus(6.45 logs)and Escherichia coli O157:H7(6.55 logs)within 60 minutes.
