药物联合自拟杀胚汤加灌肠方治疗异位妊娠患者的效果

摘　　要：目的分析药自拟杀胚汤加灌肠方联合西药治疗异位妊娠临床的效果。方法选取2019年8月~2020年6月平原县第一人民医院收治的94例异位妊娠患者为研究对象,采用随机单双数法分为对照组(47例,采用药物常规治疗)和观察组(47例,采用药物联合自拟杀胚汤加灌肠方治疗),对比两种不同方案的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组包块缩小或消失时间、腹痛消失时间、血β-HCG下降至正常时间、阴道流血缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用自拟杀胚汤加灌肠方联合西药治疗异位妊娠,不仅可提升治疗效果,而且可缩短包块缩小时间。Objective To analyze the effect of western medicine combined with self-made Shapei Decoction plus enema in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Ninety-four patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(47 cases,treated with conventional western medicine)and the observation group(47 cases,treated with western medicine combined with self-made Shapei Decoction plus enema prescription).The effects of two different treatment methods were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time for mass reduction or disappearance in the observation group,disappearance of abdominal pain,time for bloodβ-HCG to decrease to normal,and time for relief of vaginal bleeding were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with ectopic pregnancy,the combination of western medicine and self-made Shapei Decoction plus enema can not only improve the total effective rate of disease treatment,but also reduce the time of mass reduction and other indicators.
