摘 要:采用计时电流(i-t)法将石墨烯和聚苯胺沉积在玻碳电极表面,制备了一种新型电化学传感器用于氯霉素(CAP)残留的检测。试验采用循环伏安法(CV)和方波伏安法(SWV)对CAP在-0.70 V左右的还原峰电流进行检测,实现对CAP的定量分析。结果表明,对检测条件进行优化后,得到最佳条件为石墨烯在-1.3 V电位下电沉积700 s,聚苯胺在0.55 V电位下电沉积480 s,缓冲溶液为0.5 mol/L、pH值8.0的PBS。考察电极性能发现,CAP峰电流与其浓度在0.3~800μmol/L范围内存在2段线性关系,检出限为0.1μmol/L。最后对鸡蛋和牛奶样品中CAP残留量进行检测,回收率分别为104.1%~120.3%和84.6%~108.0%。A novel electrochemical sensor was prepared for the detection of chloramphenicol(CAP) residues based on graphene and polyaniline were deposited on the surface of glass carbon electrodes by chronoamperometry. In this experiment, the reduction peak current of CAP at-0.70 V was measured by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and square wave voltammetry(SWV)to achieve the quantitative analysis of CAP. The result showed that the condition of detections were optimited, and the best testing conditions were electrodeposition of graphene under-1.3 V for 700 s, electrodeposition of polyaniline under 0.55 V for 480 s, and PBS at a concentration of 0.5 mol/L with pH value of 8.0. The performance of the electrode was investigated, and two linear relationships was obtained between the peak and the concentration of CAP from 0.3 μmol/L to 800 μmol/L with the detection limit of 0.1 μmol/L.Finally, residual quantity of CAP in eggs and milk samples were tested, the recovery rates were 104.1%-120.3%and 84.6%-108.0%,respectively.
