摘 要:在复杂场景下,无人系统需要快速、可靠、精准决策的导航定位和授时(PNT)手段。目前,PNT手段的优选大多依赖指挥员的经验,其任务繁重。为了将指挥员从决策任务中解放出来,进而专注于对战,需构建基于多维多层立体指标的PNT服务手段,以及设计PNT优选策略,并对优选策略进行评估。在无人系统可用的导航手段的基础上,从系统工程思想出发,基于效能评估思想体系和常规评估流程,建立无人系统PNT导航手段优选策略体系,并通过模糊层次的分析方法对体系指标进行量化。通过无人机的典型应用案例表明,该方法可以获得不同维度的综合效能定量数值,在多任务多场景下供指挥员参考并进行决策,可为我国的PNT体系建设提供支撑。In complex scenes, unmanned systems need fast, reliable and accurate navigation, positioning and timing(PNT) means. At present, PNT mostly relies on the experience of the commander whose task is heavy. In order to liberate the commander from the decision-making task, and then focus on the battle, it is necessary to build PNT service means based on multi-dimensional and multi-layer three-dimensional indicators, design PNT optimization strategy, and evaluate the optimization strategy. In this paper, based on the available navigation means of the unmanned system, the optimization strategy system of PNT navigation means of the unmanned system is established with the idea of system engineering based on the ADC effectiveness evaluation system and the conventional evaluation process. And the system index is quantified by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. The typical application cases of the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) show that the method proposed in this paper can obtain quantitative values of comprehensive effectiveness in different dimensions, which can be used for reference and decision-making of commanders in multi task and multi scenario. This method can provide support for the construction of PNT system in China.
