摘 要:脉宽调制(PWM)技术在自动控制领域有着广泛的应用。然而,在实际工程应用中,包含PWM的系统在低速驱动的条件下难以达到高精度速度指标的要求。在工程实践经验的基础上,对这一问题进行了详细分析,提出了PWM的截断效应和移频效应引起波动的理论,并结合典型的机电伺服系统模型进行了仿真,完成了仿真层面的验证。仿真结果表明,机电伺服系统在低转速状态下由于PWM的截断效应引起转速波动的现象,契合了实际系统中表现的情况,验证了截断效应和移频效应的正确性,为提高系统精度指标提供了依据。Pulse Width Modulation(PWM) is widely used in the field of automatic control. However, in the process of practical engineering application, the system including PWM is difficult to meet the requirements of high-precision speed index under the condition of low-speed drive. On the basis of engineering practice experience, this paper analyzes this problem in detail, puts forward the theory of fluctuation caused by PWM truncation effect and frequency shift effect, and completes the verification of simulation level by the simulation combined with the typical electromechanical servo system model. The simulation results show the phenomenon of speed fluctuation caused by PWM truncation effect of electromechanical servo system at low speed, which is consistent with the performance of the actual system, verifies the correctness of truncation effect and frequency shift effect, and provides a basis for improving the accuracy index of the system.
