摘  要:分析了一起变电站近区单相接地故障导致2条220 kV线路的8个光差通道同时中断的原因,针对事故原因,提出了完善通信机房内二次接地网等措施,后续事故处理将接地点等电位连接后一点接地,圆满地完成了事故处理,提高了电网的运行可靠性。This article analyzes the reason why 8 fiber channels of two 220 kV lines interrupted at the same time because of a single phase-to-earth fault near the substation.For this improving the secondary grounding grid in communication room is mentioned.Then in following emergency control and restoration all ground points were made into an equal po-tential bonding and grounded at one point.The power grid operation reliability is improved.
