浅表超声和腹部超声联合检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究浅表超声和腹部超声联合检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的临床价值。方法72例疑似急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,入院后均应用浅表超声联合腹部超声检查方式进行诊断,并将诊断结果和临床病理诊断结果相比,以临床病理诊断为金标准,分析浅表超声联合腹部超声检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。结果浅表超声联合腹部超声诊断检出率与病理诊断对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。浅表超声联合腹部超声诊断急性阑尾炎的阳性预测值、阳性预测值、敏感度、特异度、准确度、约登指数分别为98.44%、50.00%、94.03%、80.00%、93.06%、0.7403。结论将浅表超声和腹部超声联合检查应用在急性阑尾炎的诊断中,可以为临床的治疗工作提供更加准确的依据,这种诊断方式的灵敏度较高,值得推荐。Objective To study the clinical value of combined examination of superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis.Methods 72 patients with suspected acute appendicitis were studied in this paper,and all patients were diagnosed by superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound after admission,and the diagnostic results were compared with those of clinical pathology.The clinical pathology was used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound for acute appendicitis.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the detection rate between superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound diagnosis and pathological diagnosis(P>0.05).The positive predictive value,positive predictive value,sensitivity,specificity,accuracy,and Youden indexes of superficial ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis were 98.44%,50.00%,94.03%,80.00%,93.06%,0.7403,respectively.Conclusion The combined application of superficial ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis can provide more accurate basis for clinical treatment.This diagnostic method has high sensitivity and is worth recommending.
