传统开腹术与腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的对比卵巢囊肿患者采用传统开腹术与腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗的临床效果。方法94例卵巢囊肿患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各47例。对照组行传统开腹术治疗,观察组行腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗。对比两组术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间、临床效果。结果观察组术中出血量(38.91±3.19)ml少于对照组的(80.45±9.35)ml,手术时间(59.16±3.29)min、住院时间(3.15±0.93)d短于对照组的(75.93±6.27)min、(4.18±1.19)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的76.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗卵巢囊肿术中出血少,时间短,更有利于患者术后恢复,治疗效果优于传统开腹手术,值得临床推广。Objective To compare the clinical effects of traditional open surgery and laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy on patients with ovarian cysts.Methods A total of 94 patients with ovarian cysts were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group underwent traditional open surgery,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,hospitalization time,and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss(38.91±3.19)ml of the observation group was less than(80.45±9.35)ml of the control group;the operation time(59.16±3.29)min and the hospitalization time(3.15±0.93)d of the observation group were shorter than(75.93±6.27)min and(4.18±1.19)d of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.74%,which was higher than 76.60%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy has less intraoperative blood loss and shorter duration,which is more beneficial to postoperative recovery of patients.The postoperative treatment effect is better than traditional open surgery,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
