鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法72例慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎患者,按照手术方法不同分为对照组和实验组,每组36例。对照组患者行传统鼻侧切开术治疗,实验组患者行鼻内窥镜手术治疗。比较两组患者手术前后(术前、术后24 h)炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)]水平及治疗效果。结果术后24 h,两组患者NE、TNF-α、IL-6水平均较本组术前升高,但实验组患者NE(9.26±0.17)ng/ml、TNF-α(7.46±0.22)pg/ml、IL-6(8.24±0.24)pg/ml低于对照组的(12.55±0.19)ng/ml、(10.46±0.25)pg/ml、(11.34±0.26)pg/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者治疗总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻内窥镜手术可作为慢性鼻炎鼻窦炎患者的临床首选术式,有较高的临床推广价值。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic rhinitis and sinusitis.Methods A total of 72 patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis were divided into control group and experimental group according to different surgical methods,with 36 cases in each group.Patients in the control group underwent traditional lateral rhinotomy,and patients in the experimental group underwent endoscopic nasal surgery.Both groups were compared for the inflammatory indicator[interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),neutrophil elastase(NE)]before operation and 24 h after operation,and therapeutic effect.Results At 24 h after operation,the levels of NE,TNF-α,and IL-6 in the two groups were higher than those in this group before operation;the NE(9.26±0.17)ng/ml,TNF-α(7.46±0.22)pg/ml and IL-6(8.24±0.24)pg/ml of the experimental group were lower than(12.55±0.19)ng/ml,(11.34±0.26)pg/ml,and(10.46±0.25)pg/ml of the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic sinus surgery can be the preferred choice for patients with chronic rhinitis and sinusitis,and has high clinical promotion value.
