地诺前列酮对足月妊娠引产的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究将地诺前列酮应用于足月妊娠引产产妇中的效果。方法80例足月妊娠引产产妇,随机分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组应用缩宫素进行引产,观察组应用地诺前列酮进行引产。比较两组产妇宫颈Bishop评分、促进宫颈成熟效果、不良反应发生情况及用药到分娩时间。结果治疗后,观察组宫颈Bishop评分(8.41±0.31)分高于对照组的(6.06±0.21)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率7.50%低于对照组的27.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组用药到分娩时间为(33.77±1.30)min,短于对照组的(51.66±1.99)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率97.50%高于对照组的82.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论地诺前列酮应用到足月妊娠引产产妇中,能够获得更为理想的效果。Objective To study the effect of dinoprostone on induction of labor in full-term pregnancy.Methods A total of 80 cases of full-term pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group used oxytocin for labor induction,and the observation group used dinoprostone for labor induction.The cervical Bishop score,cervical ripening effect,occurrence of adverse reactions and the time from medication to delivery were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical Bishop score(8.41±0.31)points of the observation group was higher than(6.06±0.21)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 7.50%in the observation group was lower than 27.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time from medication to delivery in the observation group was(33.77±1.30)min,which was shorter than(51.66±1.99)min in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 97.50%of the observation group was higher than 82.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dinoprostone can obtain more ideal effect in induced labor of full-term pregnancy.
