摘　　要：目的评估头孢菌素类药物临床药学服务对合理用药的作用。方法460例接受头孢菌素类药物治疗的患者,采取随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各230例。对照组接受常规服务,试验组接受药学服务。比较两组处方不合理情况、不良反应发生情况、用药依从性。结果试验组处方不合理率3.04%低于对照组的8.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率2.61%低于对照组的6.52%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组用药依从性93.04%高于对照组的80.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床应用头孢菌素类药物时,开展药学服务,有利于降低处方不合理率、减少不良反应的发生、提高患者的用药依从性,值得推广。Objective To evaluate the role of clinical pharmaceutical care of cephalosporins on rational drug use.Methods A total of 460 patients treated with cephalosporins were divided into experimental group and control group by random numerical table,with 230 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,and the experimental group received clinical pharmaceutical care.The irrational prescriptions,occurrence of adverse reactions,and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results The irrational rate of prescription 3.04%in the experimental group was lower than 8.70%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 2.61%in the experimental group was lower than 6.52%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The medication compliance 93.04%of the experimental group was higher than 80.43%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical application of cephalosporins,pharmaceutical care can reduce the irrational rate of prescription,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the medication compliance of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
