摘  要:草莓易感染病毒,导致产量减少和品质下降。目前生产上主要采用茎尖组织培养脱毒的方法,并不能保证完全脱除病毒,还需要进行无病毒检测鉴定。因此,需进一步探索简便、高效、免检的繁育体系。研究表明,种子繁育可以避免草莓镶脉病毒、草莓斑驳病毒、草莓轻型黄边病毒、草莓皱缩病毒的传播。本文利用RT-PCR技术,以草莓肌动蛋白基因序列为内标,结合4种草莓病毒特异性扩增,验证了草莓种子实生苗确定不携带病毒,以助推种子繁殖型草莓品种的应用。Strawberry can be infected by virus easily,which leads to yield and quality losses.At present,the method of stem tip tissue culture and detoxification is mainly used in production,but it can not guarantee the complete removal of the virus,virus-free detection and identification is needed.Therefore,it is necessary to further explore a simple,efficient and free-test propagation system.Studies have shown that seed reproduction can avoid the spread of strawberry vein banding virus,strawberry mottle virus,strawberry mild yellow edge virus and strawberry crinkle virus.Using RT-PCR technology,taking strawberry actin gene sequence as internal standard,combined with specific amplification of four strawberry viruses,this paper verified that strawberry seed seedlings did not carry the virus,so as to promote the application of seed reproductive strawberry varieties.
