摘 要:为了探究尿素对蛋白激发子AMEP功能活性的影响,设置了一系列浓度梯度的尿素对AMEP蛋白进行处理,通过烟草叶片的过敏反应来检测尿素对AMEP的功能活性影响。结果表明,低浓度尿素不会影响AMEP蛋白的功能活性,而尿素浓度超过0.5 mg/mL,AMEP蛋白的功能活性则受到明显抑制。灰霉菌发病试验结果表明,0.05 mg/mL尿素处理的AMEP蛋白能够提高植物的抗病性。综上所述,AMEP蛋白可与0.05 mg/mL尿素配伍使用,为尿素与AMEP蛋白的共同使用提供了理论依据。In order to explore the effect of urea on the functional activity of protein elicitor AMEP,a series of con-centration gradient urea was set to treat AMEP protein,and the effect of urea on the functional activity of AMEP protein was detected by the hypersensitive reaction of tobacco leaves.The results showed that low concentration urea had no impact on the functional activity of AMEP protein.When the concentration of urea was more than 0.5 mg/mL,the functional activity of AMEP protein was significantly inhibited.Results of Botrytis cinerea incidence experiment showed that AMEP protein treated with 0.05 mg/mL urea could improve the disease resistance of plants.To sum up,AMEP protein could be applied with 0.05 mg/mL urea,which provided a theoretical basis for the joint application of urea and AMEP.
