摘　　要：快速的城镇化发展及新农村建设对乡村民居产生了巨大的影响,而近郊乡村属于城市发展的首要辐射范围,受城镇化影响最为大。本文以江安村为例,基于空间句法对村落的整合度和可达性进行分析,进而对近郊乡村民居现状形成的原因进行梳理,发现陕南近郊民居发展的困境,探索陕南近郊乡村民居发展的可行性策略,为民居日后的发展提供借鉴与参考。The rapid development of urbanization and the construction of new rural areas have had a huge impact on rural dwellings,while suburban villages are the primary radiation area of urban development and are most seriously affected by urbanization.This paper takes Jiang’an Village as an example,analyzes the integration and accessibility of the village based on the spatial syntax,and comprehensively combs the reasons for the formation of rural residential buildings in the suburbs,and finds the dilemma in the development of suburb residential buildings in southern Shaanxi.The paper explores the feasible strategy for the development of rural residential buildings in the suburbs of southern Shaanxi,and provides a reference for the development of residential buildings in the future.
