近代中国“都市美”理念解读

摘　　要：20世纪20年代前后,城市美化思潮传入中国。本文通过整理近代学者关于都市美化的著述,发现"都市美"不仅追求城市平面形态的对称、表皮的美观,也承载了近代学者对美好城市生活的构想;总结出其核心内容主要围绕街道、建筑、城市绿化三个方面展开;发掘出"都市美"在近代城市建设中的积极意义;提出以街道高宽比为基本原则限定建筑高度,制定建筑色彩、风格应遵循的标准;提出建立街道线形绿化与公园节点绿化组合的绿地系统;提出行道树栽植、公园建设的基本原则。由此得出,"都市美"的综合性内涵和实践性特征,为近代都市计划与市政建设奠定了部分观念基础,城市形态管控理念在这一时期已初具雏形,也丰富了近代都市计划与市政建设的观念史研究。Around the 1920 s,the trend of urban beautification was introduced into China.By sorting out the writings of modern scholars on urban beautification,it is found that"urban beauty"not only pursues the symmetry of urban plane form and the beauty of the epidermis,but also carries the conception of modern scholars for a better urban life;this paper summarizes its core content mainly around streets,buildings,urban greening three aspects;the positive significance of"urban beauty"in modern urban construction is explored;it is proposed that the building height should be defined based on the ratio of street height to width,and the standards of architectural color and style should be set up;the establishment of a green space system combining street-line greening with park node greening is proposed;the basic principles of road tree planting and park construction are put forward.Therefore,the comprehensive connotation and practical characteristics of"urban beauty"have laid a partial conceptual foundation for modern urban planning and municipal construction,and the concept of urban form control has taken shape in this period,and has enriched the research on the concept history of modern urban planning and municipal construction.
