行政办公建筑群亲和性的塑造——以邯郸冀南新区科创中心为例

摘　　要：近些年,随着经济社会的发展和政治体制的改革,行政办公建筑的建筑形态与当今政治意识形态的矛盾逐渐凸显。本文通过对行政办公建筑的调研,发现行政办公建筑在亲和性设计上的一些不足,如外部空间尺度过于冷漠、人性化的缺失等问题。本文通过对邯郸冀南新区科创中心的项目设计实践,探索行政办公建筑空间亲和性设计策略,在总体规划、建筑形态、外部空间,以及装饰和材料等方面提出行政办公建筑空间亲和性设计方法,为今后的行政办公建筑提供一些经验。In recent years,with the development of the economic society and the reform of the political system in our country,the contradiction between the architectural form of the administration office building and the political ideology has become more and more prominent.Through the investigation on administrative office buildings,this paper finds some deficiencies in the affinity design of administrative office buildings,such as indifferent external space scale and lack of humanization.Through the project design practice of the Science and Technology Innovation Center in South Hebei New District in Handan,this paper explores the space affinity design strategy of administrative office buildings,and proposes the affinity design methods for the architectural space of administrative office buildings in terms of overall planning,architectural form,external space,and decoration and materials,with a view to provide some experience for future administrative office buildings.
