当建筑技术迈向“非理性”——读《北京宪章》,思当下变化

摘　　要：在经济大发展的时代背景下,越来越多的建筑技术开始沦为利益驱动下的工具,建筑在全球化影响下,其风格趋向统一。技术革新给人们带来创新,同时也悄无声息地淹没本土文化。本文从技术服务人类的历史脉络中探讨技术的双重属性,结合典型的建筑技术应用实例研究建筑技术的新观念,为今后的建筑技术发展方向寻找可供参考的事实依据。通过文献研究、案例分析、归纳总结等研究方法,得到一个较为明确的结论,即建筑技术应当在尊重本土文化的前提下,与人文、经济、绿色等先进观点结合,成为解决建筑多重矛盾的一种有效武器,摆脱技术至上的陈旧观念。Under the background of economic development,more and more construction technologies begin to become tools driven by interests.Under the influence of globalization,architecture has become particularly unified.Technological innovation not only brings innovation to people,but also quietly submerges the local culture.This paper discusses the dual attributes of technology from the historical context of technology serving mankind,and studies the new concept of architectural technology combined with typical application examples of architectural technology,so as to find a factual basis for reference for the development direction of architectural technology in the future.Through literature research,case analysis,induction and summary and other research methods,the paper draws a relatively clear conclusion,that is,construction technology should be combined with advanced viewpoints such as humanities,economy and green on the premise of respecting local culture to become an effective weapon to solve multiple contradictions in architecture,and to get rid of the old concept of technology supremacy.
