摘 要:钢格构立柱是内支撑支护基坑的重要组成部分。施工中,钢格构柱在插入钻孔灌注桩顶一定深度后需要进行平面定位及垂直度调整,使其达到设计和规范要求的精度,并在钻孔灌注桩混凝土浇筑完成后至终凝前保持固定状态,防止产生偏移和垂直度偏差,如何防止出现转动及偏斜问题一直是施工单位研究的重点。本文研究通过对钢格构立柱施工工艺调整,来使其定位精确、满足垂直度设计要求,对施工具有实际借鉴意义。The steel lattice column is an important part of the foundation pit with internal support.During construction,the steel lattice column needs to be positioned at a certain depth and adjusted in vertical after the top of the bored pile is inserted to a certain depth,so that it can reach the accuracy required by the design and specifications.When the bored pile concrete is poured and before the final setting,it needs to maintain a fixed state,preventing offset and vertical deviation.How to prevent rotation and deflection has always been the research focus of the construction units.This paper studies the adjustment of the construction technology of the steel lattice column to make its positioning accurate and meet the verticality design requirements,which has practical significance for construction.
