摘  要:为了提供制备过程环境友好、性能良好的催化剂,采用反硝化菌Thauera humireducens(T.humireducens)合成钯纳米颗粒(Pd-NPs),并评价其催化去除地下水中Cr(Ⅵ)的性能。结果表明:利用T.humireducens能够在24 h内制得尺寸集中分布在2~6 nm、分散良好的Pd-NPs。提高初始Pd(Ⅱ)和HCOONa浓度、增大微生物接种量及营造弱酸性环境,均能加快T.humireducens合成Pd-NPs的速率。相比于化学方法制备的Pd-NPs,T.humireducens合成的Pd-NPs能够更高效地将Cr(Ⅵ)催化还原为不溶的Cr(Ⅲ),1.5 h内Cr(Ⅵ)的还原效率达95%。循环使用3个周期后,T.humireducens合成的Pd-NPs的催化活性仅下降13%。本研究首次证明反硝化菌T.humireducens可快速合成Pd-NPs,且合成的Pd-NPs可用于地下水的铬污染治理。To prepare excellent catalysts through environmentally friendly processes,this study used the denitrifying bacteria Thauera humireducens(T.humireducens)to synthesize palladium nanoparticles(Pd-NPs).The Pd-NPs synthesized by T.humireducens were evaluated for their performance in removing Cr(Ⅵ)from groundwater.Results indicated that T.humireducens was able to produce well dispersed Pd-NPs with a concentrated size distribution of 2~6 nm within 24 h.Higher initial concentrations of Pd(Ⅱ),sodium formate,and microbial inoculum,or a weakly acidic environment,increased the efficiency of Pd-NPs synthesized by T.humireducens.Compared with chemically prepared Pd-NPs,the Pd-NPs synthesized by T.humireducens were able to catalyze Cr(Ⅵ)reduction more efficiently,with a 95%Cr(Ⅵ)reduction efficiency within 1.5 h.The Pd-NPs synthesized by T.humireducens were also able to catalyze the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ)to insoluble Cr(Ⅲ).After three cycles of recycling,the catalytic performance of Pd-NPs synthesized by T.humireducens only decreased by 13%.This study demonstrates for the first time that the rapid synthesis of Pd-NPs can be achieved by T.humireducens,resulting in a synthesized material with a high catalytic performance for application in remediation of Cr(Ⅵ)contaminated groundwater.
