基于灰色关联层次分析的深圳市社会公共卫生与环境评估

摘　　要：[目的/意义]通过构建深圳市社会公共卫生与环境评估指标体系,帮助政府相关部门改进深圳市公共卫生和环境问题。[方法/过程]采用深圳市2006~2017年的年度数据,从卫生、医疗、环境三方面入手,共选取12个较有代表性的指标,将层次分析法和灰色关联度分析法相结合,对社会公共卫生和环境相关指标进行量化分析,确定各指标的重要程度,建立深圳市社会公共卫生和环境评估模型,同时给出社会公共卫生和环境改进策略。[结果/结论]深圳市社会公共卫生与环境评估中,卫生方面比较重要的指标是救助管理站年度累计救助人数、医疗方面比较重要的指标是每万人拥有医生数量、环境方面比较重要的指标是人均公园绿地面积和垃圾废物无害化处理量,认为政府相关部门在改善深圳市社会公共卫生和环境状况时应着重考虑以上几个指标的建设。[purpose/significance] To help relevant government departments to improve the public health and environmental problems in Shenzhen by constructing the evaluation index system of social public health and environment in Shenzhen.[method/process]Using shenzhen 2006~2017 annual data, from the three aspects of sanitation, medical, environmental, 12 more representative indicators are selected, the analytic hierarchy process(ahp) and grey correlation analysis method, to quantify the social and public health and the environment related index analysis, the important degree of each index, shenzhen public health and the environment evaluation model is established, and social and public health and the environment improvement strategy.[result/conclusion] Shenzhen social assessment of public health and the environment, health more important indicator is the annual cumulative number of rescue, medical rescue management stations aspects of the more important indicator is the doctor number per ten thousand people have, environmental aspects of the more important indicator is the per capita park green land area and the waste harmless treatment, think the government related department in shenzhen and to improve public health and the environment condition for the construction of the above several indicators should be considered.
