摘　　要：牛冠状病毒(BCoV)是引起新生犊牛腹泻、牛的呼吸道感染和成年牛的冬季痢疾的重要病原之一,在世界范围内广泛存在,给养牛业造成了巨大的经济损失。牛冠状病毒可在不同物种间发生传播,目前已在野生反刍动物和人类中检测到类似BCoV的病毒。深入开展对牛冠状病毒的研究对该病的防控有着重要意义。论文对BCoV基因组结构、流行病学、发病机制、临床症状、诊断、治疗和预防等方面的研究进展进行总结,以期为后续研究提供借鉴。Bovine coronavirus is one of the important pathogens causing diarrhea in newborn calves,respiratory tract infection in cattle and winter dysentery in adult cattle.It exists widely in the world and has caused huge economic losses to cattle industry.Bovine coronavirus can spread from species to species,and BCoV-like viruses have been detected in wild ruminants and humans.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on bovine coronavirus for the prevention and control of the disease.In this paper,the genomic structure,epidemiology,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms,diagnosis,treatment and prevention of BCoV were reviewed in order to provide reference for future studies.
