医院计算机故障与维护管理策略探析

摘　　要：近年来,我国医院发展迅猛,医疗水平不断提高,同时积极推进信息化建设工作,借助网络平台与计算机系统提高工作效率。医院应该在信息化建设期间,优化计算机维护管理工作。本文主要分析医院计算机系统维护管理的意义,整理医院在计算机方面常见的故障,在此基础上给出硬件维护方式、软件维护方式与多部门协同、应急维护管理、建立安全数据中心等管理方法,解决医院计算机常见的故障问题,提高医院在计算机方面的应用水平。In recent years,China's hospitals have developed rapidly and the medical level has been continuously improved.At the same time,the construction of informatization has been actively promoted,work efficiency has been improved with the help of network platforms and computer systems.The hospital should optimize the computer maintenance and management work during the informatization construction period.This paper mainly analyzes the significance of hospital computer system maintenance and management,arranges the common computer faults in the hospital,and gives management methods such as hardware maintenance mode,software maintenance mode,multi department coordination,emergency maintenance management and the establishment of security data center,so as to solve the common computer fault problems in the hospital and improve the application level of the hospital in the computer field.
