摘  要:波黑ULOG水电站引水发电系统布置有1条埋藏式压力钢管,钢管长345.55 m,由上平段、上下弯管段、竖井段和下平段组成,主管内径3.0 m,主管末端设置"Y"形非对称月牙肋岔管,其后接支管,支管内径由2.1 m渐变为1.8 m后与进水蝶阀相接。对该工程压力钢管布置优化、结构设计、灌浆排水设计及防腐设计等进行了简要概述,为类似工程设计提供借鉴和参考。There is a buried penstock in the water diversion and power generation system of Ulog hydropower station in Bosnia and Herzegovina.The penstock is 345.55 m long,consisting of upper flat section,upper and lower bend sections,shaft section and lower flat section.The inner diameter of the main pipe is 3.0 m.A Y-shaped asymmetric crescent rib bifurcated pipe is set at the end of the main pipe,followed by a branch pipe.The inner diameter of the branch pipe gradually changes from 2.1 m to 1.8 m and connects with the inlet butterfly valve.This paper briefly introduces the layout optimization,structural design,irrigation and drainage design and anti-corrosion design of the penstock,which provides a reference for similar engineering design.
