摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济逐渐趋向于新常态化方向发展,土建工程施工技术更加成熟。为从根本上保障工程实际施工质量,推动工程高质高效开展,还需要着重开展工程质量监督管理工作。加强各施工环节管理力度,有针对性地进行施工技术的研究及创新。以土建工程质量监督管理工作的重要意义为切入点,提出现存于工程质量监督管理中的各类问题,结合此些问题制订出专项可行的解决机制,以期为相关工作人员提供理论性帮助。As the socialist market economy gradually tends to develop in the direction of new normalization,the construction technology of civil engineering is more mature.In order to fundamentally ensure the actual construction quality of the project and promote the high-quality and efficient development of the project,it is also necessary to focus on the project quality supervision and management.Strengthen the management of each construction link,and carry out targeted research and innovation of construction technology.Aiming at this,taking the significance of civil engineering quality supervision and management as the starting point,this paper puts forward various problems existing in engineering quality supervision and management,and formulates a special and feasible solution mechanism combined with these problems,in order to provide theoretical help for relevant staff.
