摘  要:为解决换流阀散热器腐蚀问题,以阀塔层间水路模型为研究对象,建立等效电路模型,运用Multisim软件对电路中各支路漏电流进行计算。研究了水电极不同等电位方式以及水电极不同位置布置下的水电极和散热器支路漏电流。结果表明:水电极与邻近模组等电位,散热器支路的漏电流会大幅减小;缩短水电极与水接头之间的距离可以减少散热器支路的漏电流,水电极与水接头同截面布置效果达到最优。在散热器进出口镶嵌不锈钢电极可以代替散热器的腐蚀,从而彻底解决散热器腐蚀问题。In order to solve the corrosion problem of converter valve radiator,taking the inter-layer waterway model of valve tower as the research object,a equivalent circuit model is established and the leakage current of each branch in the circuit is calculated by the Multisim software.Studies are carried out on the leakage current of water electrode and radiator branch under different equipotential modes of water electrode and different positions of water electrode.The results show that the leakage current of the radiator branch will be greatly reduced when the water electrode is equipotential with the adjacent module,shortening the distance between the water electrode and the water joint can reduce the leakage current of the radiator branch,and the effect of the same section arrangement of the water electrode and the water joint is the best.Embedding stainless steel electrodes at the inlet and outlet of the radiator can replace the corrosion of the radiator so as to completely solve the corrosion problem of radiator.
