摘  要:针对某核电厂500kV厂用变压器在绕组连同套管长时感应耐压带局部放电试验过程中,全封闭组合电器(GIS)出现闪络放电的现象,通过故障查找,确定是试验均压罩对SF_(6)气室内壁闪络放电。通过对所采用的圆柱形均压罩与SF_(6)气室筒壁绝缘距离的分析,确定该绝缘距离不满足试验电压的要求。使用改进的球冠形均压罩进行试验试验,试验结果显示:采用球冠形均压罩后,未发生闪络放电现象,试验一次完成。In allusion to the phenomenon of flashover discharge of fully enclosed switchgear(GIS)during the long-term induction voltage withstand and partial discharge test on the windings and sleeves of 500 kV auxiliary transformer in a nuclear power plant,it is determined that the flashover discharge is led by the test voltage equalizing cover imposed to the SF_(6) gas chamber wall through fault analysis.Based on the analysis on the insulation distance between the cylindrical pressure equalizing cover and the cylinder wall of SF_(6) gas chamber,it is determined that the insulation distance does not meet the requirements of test voltage.The improved spherical crown equalizing cover is used for the test,with the test results show that there is no flashover discharge after the spherical crown equalizing cover is used,and the test is completed at one time.
