摘　　要：针对某电厂旋转滤网冲洗水泵振动大故障,阐述了冲洗水泵在解体检查中发现的问题,分析了冲洗水泵在运行阶段振动大故障的原因,在检修中采取了处理措施,消除了振动大故障,以期为其他长轴泵检修提供借鉴。In view of the excessive vibration fault of the rotary screen flushing water pump in a power plant,the problems found in the disassembly inspection of the flushing water pump are described,analysis is done on the causes of the excessive vibration fault of the pump at its operation stage,and the treatment measures are taken in maintenance to eliminate the excessive vibration fault,which is expected to offer reference for the maintenance of other long shaft pumps.
