摘 要:随着我国基建事业的不断发展,管廊的建设规模越来越大,传统的建造方式和管理模式所带来的施工工期长、维护成本高、事故频发等弊端暴露无遗。因此,对综合管廊进行智慧化管理必不可少。在分析大量文献的基础上,总结目前国内综合管廊建造及运维的研究现状以及管理体系的发展。通过研究BIM技术在智慧管廊中的应用,进而详细阐述综合管廊的智慧化建造和智慧化运维的相关内容,为管廊的智慧化管理提供思路。With the continuous development of China's infrastructure,the construction scale of pipe gallery is becoming larger and larger.The disadvantages brought by the traditional construction and management mode,such as long construction period,high maintenance cost and frequent accidents,are exposed.Therefore,intelligent management of utility tunnel is essential.Based on the analysis of a large number of documents,this paper summarizes the current research status of construction,operation and maintenance of utility tunnel in China and the development of management system.By studying the application of BIM Technology in intelligent pipe gallery,this paper expounds the relevant contents of intelligent construction and intelligent operation and maintenance of utility tunnel in detail,so as to provide ideas for intelligent management of pipe gallery.
