摘  要:丝状真菌与人和动物健康、工农业生产及社会经济发展关系紧密。启动子是重要的顺式作用元件,在调控丝状真菌基因的转录调控中具有重要作用。丝状真菌启动子在基因工程表达载体构建、目的基因表达和基因工程等领域得到了广泛应用。对丝状真菌启动子进行综述,介绍了丝状真菌启动子的分类、生物信息学分析及其筛选与克隆以及启动子功能研究的方法,可为丝状真菌启动子研究以及真菌基因表达调控研究提供思路或参考。Filamentous fungi are closely related to human and animal health, industrial and agricultural production, and social and economic development.Promoters, as important cis-acting elements, play an important role in the transcriptional regulation of filamentous fungal genes.Filamentous fungal promoters have been widely used in the fields of gene engineering expression vector construction, target gene expression and gene engineering.In this paper, the filamentous fungal promoters were reviewed.First, the classification of filamentous fungal promoters was introduced, followed by the introduction of promoter bioinformatics analysis and promoter screening and cloning.Finally, the methods of promoter function research were introduced, which provided ideas or references for the research of filamentous fungal promoters and the regulation of fungal gene expression.
