摘 要:采用排水法测定滩羊尾体积和屠宰后尾体积及尾质量之间的相关性,以期更好地评价活体滩羊尾体积的大小。试验选取公、母滩羊各15只,采用排水法测定活体滩羊的尾体积,然后屠宰并测定屠宰后对尾体积及尾脂质量。将排水法获得尾体积数据与屠宰后获得数据进行相关性分析。结果表明,排水法测得尾体积与屠宰后测得尾体积相关系数为0.824,与屠宰后尾脂质量相关系数为0.749,均呈强相关。因此,应用排水法可以准确预测活体滩羊尾体积。The correlation between the volume of the tail and the volume and weight of the tail after slaughter was determined by drainage method in order to better evaluate the volume of the tail of living Tan sheep.In this study, 15 rams and 15 ewes were selected, and the tail volume of live Tan sheep was measured by drainage method.Then, the tail volume and tail fat weight after slaughter were measured.Correlation analysis was carried out between the tail volume data obtained by drainage method and the data obtained after slaughter.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the volume of the tail measured by drainage method and the volume of the tail measured after slaughter was 0.824, and the correlation coefficient between the volume of the tail measured by drainage method and the fat weight of the tail measured after slaughter was 0.749, which were both strongly correlated.The results show that the drainage method can accurately predict the tail volume of living Tan sheep.
