摘　　要：槭属植物种子具有休眠特性。种子休眠的主要原因是种皮机械阻力和种子内还有萌发抑制物。解除休眠方法为去除种皮、低温湿沙贮藏,离体胚培养,激素处理,在实际应用中几种方法常结合使用。Acer L.seeds have the characteristic of dormancy.The main reason of seeds dormancy is seed coat and embryo,includes mechanical resistance of seed coat and germination inhibitors.Temperature and humidity are the important factors affecting germination.The methods of breaking Seed dormancy include removing the seed coat,stored at low temperature and wet sand,in-vitro embryo culture,hormone treatment,the several methods are often combined in practical applications.
