摘  要:作为6G物理层备选技术,全息无线电具有同时实现射频全息、空间频谱全息和空间波场合成的能力,能够通过空间频谱全息和空间波场合成对全物理空间内的电磁场进行全闭环精准调制和调节,有效提高频谱效率和网络容量,从而支撑全息成像级、超高密度以及像素化的超高分辨率空间复用。该综述全面梳理了面向6G的智能全息无线电的基本概念及国内外研究现状,重点分析了基于智能全息无线电技术的6G通信系统架构,详细阐述了涉及的关键技术和挑战,包括光电二极管和电光调制器紧耦合全息天线阵集成、微波光子前端与光学信号处理的透明融合、RF全息空间的快速重构算法与k空间层析、面向智能全息无线电的空间波场合成技术和算法。As an alternative technology for the 6G physical layer,holographic radio has the ability to simultaneously realize radio-frequency holography,spatial-spectrum holography,and spatial wave field synthesis.It can use spatial-spectrum holography and spatial wave field synthesis to perform precise modulation of electromagnetic fields in the entire physical space,which can effectively improve the spectrum efficiency and network capacity,thereby enabling holographic imaging level,ultra-high density,and pixelized ultra-high resolution spatial multiplexing.This review comprehensively summarizes the basic concepts of intelligent holographic radio for 6G,and the current research status in this topic.The paper analyzes the 6G communication system architecture based on intelligent holographic radio technology,and focuses on the key technologies and challenges involved,including tightly coupled holographic antenna array,transparent fusion of microwave photonic front-end and optical signal processing,fast reconstruction algorithm of RF holographic space and k space tomography,space wave field synthesis technology and algorithm.
