摘　　要：女性劳动问题是马克思主义理论关注的重要问题。中国共产党自建立起,一直重视保障女性劳动权益。新民主主义革命时期,中国共产党人将保障女性劳动权益与阶级解放、经济属性和性别特征相联系。社会主义建设初期,中国共产党人扬弃家务劳动思想,建构城乡女性劳动权益保障的政策环境,推行男女同工同酬,建立特殊劳动保护制度。改革开放以来,中国共产党人更加注重尊重女性劳动,加强劳动性别平权的法治保障,深化女性特殊劳动保护。新时代下,中国共产党仍需要坚持马克思主义妇女劳动思想,精准把握人工智能飞速发展和人口新政策下的女性劳动问题,确保女性共建共享社会发展成果,切实保障女性劳动权益。The problem of female labor is an important issue concerned by Marxist theory.The Communist Party of China(CPC)has always attached great importance to protecting women's labor rights and interests.During the new-democratic revolution,the CPC linked the protection of women's labor rights and interests with class liberation,economic attributes and gender characteristics.In the early days of socialist construction,the CPC sublated ideas that housework has traditionally been regarded as women's work,constructed the policy environment for protecting women's labor rights and interests in urban and rural areas,carried out new policies that equal pay for men and women for equal work,provided special protection to female staff and workers.Since the reform and opening up,the CPC have paid more attention to respect women's labor,strengthen the legal protection of gender equality in labor,and deepen the special labor protection for women workers.In the new era,the CPC still needs to adhere to Marxist thought on women's labor,accurately grasp the women's labor problems under the rapid development of artificial intelligence and the new population policy,ensure that women jointly build and share the achievements of social development,and effectively protect women's labor rights and interests.
