云爆弹/温压弹的杀伤因素及杀伤特点的研究进展

摘　　要：云爆弹装填液体炸药,主要杀伤隐蔽目标,也能规模化杀伤地面目标。温压弹装填温压炸药,其爆炸威力不仅比液态炸药更强,杀伤效果也更可靠,被视为云爆弹的提高型。云爆弹/温压弹的主要杀伤因素有冲击波、高温、低氧和有毒有害气体,如不预置,则破片少见。主要杀伤特点是冲击波损伤重、烧伤重、密闭空间内人员损伤重、低氧窒息重、复合伤多。现代作战模式多为远距离精确打击,作战目标多隐蔽,城市作战可能性大,因而了解云爆弹/温压弹的杀伤因素及其杀伤特点,对现代战伤防治和制定卫勤预案均有重要作用。Fuel air explosive(FAE)is filled with liquid explosives,which mainly kills hidden living targets and can also kill ground livings in a large scale.Themobaric bomb(TB),filled with thermobaric explosives,has not only more stronger explosive power than FAE,but also more reliable killing and wounding effects,hence it is regarded as the improved type of FAE.The main killing factors of FAE/TB are shock wave,high temperature,hypoxia and toxic and harmful gas.Usually there are few fragment wound if not preset.The main killing characteristics for both bombs are blast injury,burn,more serious wound for hidden personnel,hypoxia and asphyxia,and more compound injury.Modern operation mode is mostly long-distance precise attack,has more hidden targets,and great possibility of urban operations.Therefore,understanding the killing factors and wound characteristics of FAE/TB plays an important role in prevention and treatment of modern war wound and formulation of medical service.
