摘  要:[目的]研究禾草内生真菌共生体对土壤性状的影响。[方法]通过测定受内生真菌侵染和不带菌宽叶雀稗的根际土壤容重、孔隙度和含水量,分析内生真菌侵染对宿主宽叶雀稗土壤通气持水性能的影响。[结果]相较于篮状菌属(Talaromyces pinophilus)和小皮伞属(Marasmius)内生真菌,新棘壳孢属(Neopyrenochaeta telephoni)内生真菌侵染后对宽叶雀稗根际土壤通气持水性能的改良效果更好。但由于试验时间较短,带菌和不带菌宽叶雀稗土壤根际物理性质的差异并不显著。[结论]该研究对理解禾草宿主、内生真菌以及土壤之间的互作机制具有重要意义。[Objective]To study the influence of grass endophytic fungi symbiont on soil properties.[Method]In the study,the aeration and water-holding capacity in rhizosphere soils of Paspalum wettsteinii were analyzed by measuring soil bulk density,porosity and water contents of endophyte-infected and endophyte-free soil.[Result]Compared with the endophytic fungi of Talaromyces pinophilus and Marasmius,the endophytic fungi of Neoechinochaeta telephoni had better improvement effect on the aeration and water-holding capacity of rhizosphere soil of Paspalum paspalum.However,since the observation wasn’t in a long term,the differences in soil physical characteristics of endophyte-infected and endophyte-free Paspalum wettsteinii were not obvious.[Conclusion]This research is of great significance for understanding the interaction mechanism among grass hosts,endophytic fungi and soil.
