摘  要:停炉保护是电厂设备维护的重要环节。随着现代工业发展需求不断变化,各工业企业的自备电厂因耗能高、污染大等原因不断取缔。为了响应国家节能减排号召,火电厂不仅转换为电能向电网输送电,还向工业企业提供工业用汽,实现能源最大化利用,因此有一些传统的停炉保护方式已经不适用锅炉保护。现通过对比分析并结合实际,提出适合的停炉保护方式。在火电厂向各工业企业供汽的同时,降低停炉保护成本,延长锅炉的使用寿命。Boiler shutdown protection is an important part of equipment maintenance in power plant.With the ever-changing demands for the development of modern industry,the self-supplied power plants of various industrial enterprises have been continuously banned due to high energy consumption and large pollution.In response to the national call for energy conservation and emission reduction,thermal power plants not only convert electricity,but also provide industrial steam to industrial enterprises to maximize energy utilization.Therefore,some traditional boiler shutdown protection is no longer suitable for boiler maintenance.Now through comparative analysis and combining with the actual situation,a suitable boiler shutdown protection is proposed.While the thermal power plant supplies steam to various industrial enterprises,it reduces the cost of boiler shutdown protection and extends the service life of the boiler.
