大型储罐倒装施工焊接质量控制分析

摘　　要：想要保障大型储罐焊接质量,就要加强大型储罐焊接质量的控制,选择科学合理的焊接方法。针对大型储罐倒装施工焊接过程中,底板、壁板需要采取不同的焊接方式,无论是大型储罐的板材预制、组装等任何环节,都要对焊接质量进行严格的质量控制,保障大型储罐焊接质量满足设计需求。本文主要阐述了大型储罐倒装施工焊前准备与要求,并对预制与组装的控制和要求以及焊接质量控制进行分析。In order to ensure the welding quality of large storage tanks,it is necessary to strengthen the control of welding quality of large storage tanks and select scientific and reasonable welding methods.In the welding process of large storage tank upside down construction,different welding methods need to be adopted for bottom plate and wall plate.No matter in any link such as plate prefabrication and assembly of large storage tank,strict quality control shall be carried out on the welding quality to ensure that the welding quality of large storage tank meets the design requirements.This paper mainly expounds the preparation and requirements before welding of large storage tank upside down construction,and analyzes the control and requirements of prefabrication and assembly and welding quality control.
