摘 要:随着低碳绿色发展目标的提出,碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术作为全球实现大规模碳减排的关键技术之一,已成为当今国内外各行各业关注的焦点,重视和发展CCUS是实现"碳达峰""碳中和"(双碳)目标的重要技术选择。结合CCUS技术在国内外发展状况调研,分析了CCUS技术发展过程中存在的管道/管柱腐蚀问题。国外油田利用CCUS技术进行驱油,提采增效工艺基本成熟;注入井筒主要通过阴极保护进行防护,生产油管通过缓蚀化学药剂的循环抑制腐蚀;在苛刻复杂地层环境,13Cr耐蚀管材发挥积极的防腐耐蚀作用。国内CCUS技术刚刚起步,CO_(2)驱注采环境管材腐蚀较为严重,国外技术借鉴存在明显的不足和限制,因此积极开展管材适应性评价及经济型防腐措施的研发是下一步工作要点。针对现有管道/管柱的腐蚀状况提出了我国CCUS关键环节中管材腐蚀防控攻关研究方向和建议。With the proposal of low-carbon green development goals, carbon capture, utilization and storage(CCUS) technology has become one of the key technologies to achieve large-scale carbon emission reduction worldwide, and has become the focus of all walks of life at home and abroad. Paying attention to and developing CCUS was an important technology choice to achieve "carbon peak" and "carbon neutral"(Dual carbon) goals. Based on investigation of CCUS technology development status at home and abroad, involved piping and tubing corrosion problems are analyzed. In oil fields aboard, CCUS technology has been successfully used in the process of oil-displacement to enhance efficiency and increase production. Injection wellbore is mainly protected by cathodic protection, production tubing corrosion is inhibited through the cycle of chemical inhibition. 13 Cr corrosion resistant pipe plays a positive role in the harsh and complex formation. However, CCUS technology has just started in China, and the corrosion of string in CO_(2)flooding injection and production environment was serious. There were obvious deficiencies and limitations in the reference of foreign technology. Therefore, it was the next key point to actively carry out the adaptability evaluation of pipe and string and the research and development of economic anti-corrosion measures. Finally, the research direction and suggestions of pipe and string corrosion prevention and control in the key application of CCUS in China are put forward.
