摘 要:随着油气田气举工艺技术广泛应用,管柱断裂失效时常发生,通过分析发现某些油管断裂与O_(2)/H_(2)S共存环境有关。以80SS/90SS/110SS抗硫油套管为试验材料,系统研究了O_(2)/H_(2)S和钢级对抗硫油套管抗硫化物应力腐蚀开裂(SSC)性能的影响,探讨了O_(2)/H_(2)S对材料抗SSC性能的影响机制。结果表明:O_(2)/H_(2)S工况下抗硫油套管SSC敏感性比单纯H_(2)S工况明显增加,O_(2)会引起溶液pH降低和严重腐蚀减薄,导致抗硫油套管SSC敏感性升高。随着钢级增加SSC敏感性显著升高。With the wide application of gas-lift technology in oil and gas fields, string fracture failure often occurs. Through analysis, it is found that some tubing fracture is related to the coexistence environment of O_(2)and H_(2)S. This paper systematically studied the effects of O_(2)/H_(2)S and steel grade on the sulfide stress corrosion cracking resistance of H_(2)S resistant OCTG(80 SS/90 SS/110 SS), and discussed the influence mechanism of O_(2)/H_(2)S on the SSC resistance of the material. The results show that under O_(2)/H_(2)S environments, SSC sensitivity of H_(2)S resistant OCTG increases significantly as compared with H_(2)S environments, and O_(2)will cause solution pH reduction and severe corrosion thinning, resulting in high SSC sensitivity of H_(2)S resistant OCTG.In addition, SSC sensitivity increases obviously with the increase of steel grade.
